No:
sysctl kern.clockrate
kern.clockrate: { hz = 1000, tick = 1000, profhz = 666, stathz = 133 }

It is a stripped down GENERIC kernel, with some debugging options left 
in (KDB, MP_WATCHDOG, etc).
