This is not correct. If enscript-letter is installed, gegl will be more
than happy to use that one. Both enscript-a4 and enscript-letter install
a bin/enscript file. That is what gegl looks for. If that binary does
not exist, then gegl's dependency reverts to enscript-a4, but this
happens only when enscript is not installed in the first place.

I'm closing this PR now, please ask to reopen it if you find that there
is really a problem with gegl.
