Isn't that enough? No, it doesn't (can't) save/restore GPU state. In fact, nvidia.ko may help when you are suspending from X11. At least in theory, it should be able to save/restore GPU state correctly. However, a NVIDIA engineer once told me that the code path wasn't tested well because he couldn't find a right laptop to test at the time. It was long ago, though. Jung-uk Kim
