Since these are now builtins, wouldn't it sort of make sense to
make 'sh' capable of being /bin/test, /bin/printf /whatever/builtin
based on argv[0]?  :)

Then we can just use hardlinks, a bit gross, but it would save
quite a bit of space imo.
