Thanks for your suggestion. The README.TXT file gives a good 
amount of background information regarding FreeBSD not avail-
able in the Release Notes. The Release Notes are available 
from http://www.freebsd.org/releases/. 

In light of your suggestion, we can certainly add a link to the
Release Notes as well as the README.TXT file for the Newsflash
entries from now on.
