I think you are wrong - RH don't have HTML description of FreeBSD math 
ports tree. :-)

Please, submit your patches against ports/math/gsl if you like to do that...
This port has no maintainer - take a maintanership if you find this port
important to your job/study and wish to use it on a regular basis.
