You're right that the link isn't working, but it seems that
freebsd.stanford.edu isn't running an HTTP server, rather than the
document having moved.

I'm copying Annelise Anderson on this message, who is listed as being
responsible for this project.  Hopefully she can shed some light on
what we should do with this link.
