Yes, Ian Dowse just committed a fix to if_fxp.c in 4.7-stable (and previously, to -current) that solved this problem with the fxp driver. Look for rev. 1.110.2.27 of if_fxp.c (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/fxp/if_fxp.c) or cvsup the updates.
