I was just looking for an answer to this question myself. The PERC cards
are, as far as I can tell, AMI MegaRAID cards. A quick search of the 
FreeBSD-SCSI mailing list found references to someone working on just such
a driver back in June.

I did not see anything more recent then June so I don't know what the
status is.
