If I saw this, I would think it was a routing problem. Some random thoughts
in no particular order: 1) Can you ping (by IP, not by name) the host to
which you're trying to send mail? How about 203.108.7.41, your mail relay?
b) Take a look at your routing tables using 'netstat -rn'. iii) Do you have
a default gateway set? 4) Man route.
