Sure... just use the same mpd and define a new bundle in mpd.conf.
E.g.:

default:
	load bundle1
	load bundle2

bundle1:
	new -i ng0 pppoe pppoe
	...

bundle2:
	new -i ng1 pptp pptp
	...
