The original email did not come from e.g. freefall.freebsd.org, so
I don't believe it to be a problem on the FreeBSD side.

This is the second report that I've seen (one was sent to bugmeister@)
of something going wrong at octopath.  I've sent email to them but no
reply.  My guess is that they are trying to bring up a mirror of GNATS
and somehow it has gone awry.

I'd advise people to ignore these for now.
