I found that OSTYPE wasn't used in etc/ beyond the case statement(s) in
rc.subr itself, so removed it.

Some rc.d scripts use SYSCTL_W so I left it alone (fixed to the FreeBSD
case):

> >> +SYSCTL_W="${SYSCTL}"
