I don't know if you looked at it at all, but the > -m option for the pvr250-setchannel program still gives a page fault. sorry for the mess: http://usleepless.110mb.com/pvrxxx_port-13042007.tgz does detect NTSC properly. i can't see if it helps with the static. i would like to hear that from you. don't use the "-m" option. tune by frequency. are you on cable or aerial? regards, usleep
