Andrew,

I apologize for the confusion.  The quote was my attempt at
translating what "Jungle Boogie" was trying to explain in this thread.

I created this entire thread in an attempt understand why the FreeBSD
manual is telling me not to run the base-provided unbound daemon for
outside users.

I don't know if it is a security concern or other concern.
