Hrm, this would also require N meta-ports per jail, one for each pkg build we have to split things out into. So: thanks, it's very reassuring to know that I'm not missing anything obvious and that others have run into the same issues. Next time I get some spare cycles, I'll try splitting to multiple package sets. -Phil
