Thanks.  It has been fixed.  Since the commiter's guide mentions the paths
of the files for news.xml and the others, would it make sense to add
mention of the files involved for articles/contributors to the guide?
That is, unless it's supposed to be a test of one's ability to figure out
the handbook layout.
