Thanks to Matsushita-san.

My repository copy was broken, I don't know why, so that my cvsupped
/usr/src tree is also corrupted.

I recvsupped repository from cvsup4.jp.freebsd.org and recvsupped
/usr/src from localhost (it takes about 2 days).

Now I cannot see the error I had seen.
