I have used both the bsdi and the linux version, if you want the
flash plugin use the linux one, otherwise, i'd recommend going with
the bsdi version.

Subject: Most stable netscape port?

| This weekend, as part of an Open Day at the university, we'll be
| running an Internet cafe. The main application will be Netscape
| Navigator. The FreeBSD ports collection offers three entries to
| choose from:
|
| netscape47-navigator
| linux-netscape47-navigator
| bsdi-netscape47-navigator
|
| I'm looking for educated recommendations which version to use.
| One stipulation is that JavaScript and Java will be enabled (which,
| judging from previous experience, makes the native Netscape port
| crash every few minutes with this type of users).
