[This is a FAQ]

>From DOS, do FDISK /MBR.  This will restore a DOS MBR, and will allow
you to boot from the primary partition (Set it to point to your Boot
Manager partition).

I'm not sure if the OS/2 FDISK is capable of doing this or not - I
havent used OS/2 in years.
