I have had no problems of this sort and I update & build the world
every night. From these errors:

>/usr/src/libexec/bootpd/dovend.h:1: parse error at null character
>machine/ultrasound.h:1: parse error before character 0300

it looks like you have file corruption problems. You can either track
down the problem files one-by-one and delete them before cvsupping or
just nuke the lot and download again.
