Where is the "sound@" list?  I looked at the 2003 freebsd-multimedia list
archives and couldn't find any real discussion on this.  Where can I get
your your PCM-only driver patch?

If you have a patch to break the current emu10k1.c file into smaller
parts (w/o adding bits), I'd be willing to sheppard that into the tree.
