Possibly. As I stated earlier, I can't reproduce the problem from ZFS 
repo/sup snapshot I beleived I should.

On the second look, this particular change barely can fix my particular 
problem, as there was dereferencing bad pointer in patch phase, not fixup.

Anyway, PR fix seemd to be needed.
