Hi!

Thanks for the heads up. Some of us have to stick with 11.1 since it's the
underlying OS like OPNsense/pfSense. Like Rick stated before I replaced the
X710DA2 since we had too many problems with netmap.

The X700 line seems generally a bit problematic. 2 years ago we replaced our
ESX hosts (also X520 -> X710) and we had crazy networking problems until
VMware supplied a fix. I can ask the Virtualization guys if someone is 
interested
in the KB article.

We also had problems on our BGP routers running Debian and these cards.
Replacing them with Mellanox ConnectX3 resolved them:

If you check closed tickets most of them are related to X700.
