Yes.  AFAIK they're based on the AIC-6260, which is supported by the
'aic' driver.

Theoretically yes.

You could boot a kernel off a DOS partition using FBSDBOOT.EXE, which
would probably be able to talk to the EZ-135 OK.  Note that the EZ-135
apparently lies about its geometry.
