Check my math here...
You connected at 20:58 + 4:00 = 00:58 UTC
I was down at 19:05 + 6:00 = 01:05 UTC
So you connected before I noticed I was down...?
I'm not positive it was down then.

Currently down at 20:20 CDT = 02:20 UTC
