I'm not sure why this fails, but why would you need to install the
1.2.30 version of ssh?  There is OpenSSH included in the base
system in 4.1-RELEASE, and you can start using it right after a
buildworld/installworld thing.

Oh, and I seem to like the license of OpenSSH better.  But this is a
matter of personal taste only, and I would not try to force my taste on
anyone else.
