Oops, my fault, the assignments for vt220 enhancements to VGA enhancements
are to be found in pcvt_hdr.h, in the table "sgr_tab_color" near the end of   
the file. In the second line you'll find the bold mapping to blue. If you
change it, keep in mind that bit 3 of the VGA attribute byte is not usable
in pcvt (because its used to switch between 2 charsets) !

An alternate choice could be to use the compile time option PCVT_SETCOLOR
which enables a patch Bruce Evans once sent in and for which i still have
not found out the syntax (i never tried .. :-) to change the color assignments
at runtime with <ESC d [something]>, Bruce, do you remeber the syntax for the
ESC-sequence ??? ;-)
