You didn't answer my question:

In any case this is the cvsupfile I use on eot.cs to keep the full CVS 
tree there up to date.  It also grabs the doc and Web page sources.

# cvsupfile to pull everything
*default host=cvsup.FreeBSD.org
*default hostbase=/home
*default prefix=/usr/cvs
*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup
*default release=cvs delete use-rel-suffix norsync
ports-all
src-all
src-secure

doc-all
www
