It is impossible to fix termcap bugs AND stays compatible in the same
time, since compatible variant IS buggy. There is workaround exists - for
older clients put old termcap copy into ~/.termcap.

Some sort of warning was in the related commit messages. Putting it into
src/UPDATING is good idea too, but my English is not good enough for that.
