How do we tell that those two apps do that?  Do you think that anyone is
willing to work on anything at all?  No one's getting paid, so they work
on what's "interesting".  If there's no description, then whatever
you're after getting done isn't very likely to be "interesting".

It might well have been a method for automated spamming.

Your description is what I was after ... it's just a little depressing,
because a large number of requests look like yours, so people aren't
figuring out that keeping things a secret isn't the very best way to go.
