I do it every other month or so via modem and while I cannot remember how much it is it is not very much. It is quite feasible by modem as the diffs are small textfiles of miniscule size, there are a lots of them though. > I also have a (probably stupid) question. Just stick to RELENG_3 or RELENG_4 depending on if your base system is a FreeBSD-3.x or -4.x. The RELENG_x will get the most up to date sources for your system. (Of course you could get RELENG_4_2_RELEASE - or whatever its called - but that will get you that, and only that, not much point really...) > > Thank you -d > > -- > David Talkington > Community Networking Initiative > dtalk@prairienet.org > 217-244-1962 > > PGP key: http://www.prairienet.org/~dtalk/dt000823.asc > > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message ---------------------------------- Michael Josefsson, MSEE mj@isy.liu.se This message was sent by XFMail running on FreeBSD 3.5-STABLE ---------------------------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
