compiler is behaving correctly, it looked bad for a second, but i cleaned 
and restarted and all seems well....tho i *did* just get a non 
reproducible exception from javac whilst it was building a classlib.

is it just me? or 4.6 is just seeming to be a tad bit buggy when compared 
to other releases in recent memory...i dont recall getting compiler errors 
for quite a few releases back....
