Guy,
	please send me a copy, i am not guaranteeing that we will use it 
but i am interested in seeing it.

	i think the problem is the length of time that it takes to 
process a message rather than the actual number of messages or the number 
of sendmail processes trying to deliver mail.   nearly are are in 'netio' 
wait channel.
