No.  From /usr/local/share/ghostscript/4.01/pdf_main.ps (with patch) :

% An implementation of an algorithm compatible with the RSA Data Security 
% Inc. RC4 stream encryption algorithm.

I like it; RC4 in postscript.  There are some _sick_ people out there 8)
