I am using 50MB for /

I think you shold leave the ports for moment till you have the system up
and running

leave the X windows also until you can boot the system and it seems to
be working

OK are you using the computer for both win95 and FreeBSD ? 
I might be stupid but I always put the BootEasy on the disk, that is the
only
boot manager I know, it does one part of lilo - choose the boot
partition.

How do you think I can manage settingu up redhat linux without help!!

I hate it (sorry)!

How do you think I was in the begining ? I first installed 386BSD 0.1
and it took
me days with very good help!
