I have  BOOT_COMCONSOLE_SPEED=  115200 in my make.conf and
CONSPEED=115200 in kernel config files on two -CURRENT boxes.
GDB and console are working fine between 1.2GHz Atlon and older PII IBM
ThinkPad.
