After checking with xfree86[.]org and doing some other checking I now know
I am stuck with the colors problem because Diamond SpeedStar64/2000 video
is sold with 1meg of ram on purpose. Need 2meg (fill the board up) in order
to do anything. Don't mind in my case 'cause this 486/100 will not be my
primary forever, and I'll get more ram anyway. Thanks for the monitor guys.
I did guess and figger pretty close but the exact numbers are helpful, no.
