Ok, I give up... I have no idea what this means...

9:09pm [root@cartman] /usr/local/etc -> ps auxw | grep su
root     19247  0.0  1.4   592  888  p0  RV   31Dec69    0:00.00 -su (tcsh)
root     19200  0.0  1.4   592  888  p0  D     9:05PM    0:00.16 -su (tcsh)

each time I execute this commant the above su's PID increments to the next
available PID, so it appears to be a transient thing. But what IS it? and
it's been running since December 31st, 1969??? ;^)

This is probably my ignorance showing through, but it's just confusing as
all heck to me. Can anyone explain this?

Thanks,
Chris
