I actually had it right the whole time. The problem was Internet Explorer the WHOLE time. It turns out to feed http on a different port, you only have to either add a LISTEN <port#> or change the standard port 80 to something else port <#> Even though I had done that it wasn't pulling up in IE for me. Well, I was speaking with another friend of mine and telling him all the different things I had tried. He asked me if I was actually typing in 'http://address' in the IE Address line. Turns out that IE doesn't ASSUME the 'http://' on any port except 80. So I went back in, made the changed to httpd.conf and then went to http://192.168.0.10:1124 and BANG, there it was. Called up a buddy of mine and had him try from the outside and BANG there it was.
