Subject: BUG: bsd.port.mk refers to autoconf version not in the ports tree

I've cvsup'd my ports collection from at least three different CVSup servers
in the past 48 hours, and I can't believe what I'm seeing.

What I'm seeing is that bsd.port.mk refers to the following three versions
of autoconf:

   1186 old_acver= 213
   1187 cur_acver= 253
   1188 dev_acver= 254

Yet /usr/ports/devel/ shows that autoconf254 doesn't exist, and autoconf257
is the current development version.
