Hi,

I just installed freebsd3.0 on a fujitsu 4 Gig HDD. with an Adaptec-2940UW
SCSI controller. Everything installed fine, but when i rebooted the machine
i get this error coming up all the time.

sd0: HARDWARE FAILURE asc:c4,d VENDOR SPECIFIC ASC, FAILURE

I have no idea what it could be.
Any help is appreciated.

thanks in advance
