Ah, I did not mention my CF size in my original post.

When I bought my Soekris units (2 for experimenting), I also ordered 128
MB CF cards so I would have a ton of room to play with.  Eventually I
would like to fit things in the under 16 MB category.

Seeing how much m0n0wall did in 5 MB, and YazzY and masta did in just
under 15 MB, I think 16 MB is a realistic eventual goal.
