Hi all,

I've got my FreeBSD box as a router with 4 NICs. 3 (2[3C900] and 1[3C905])
in PCI slots and 1 in ISA SMC8216 (ed0) slot. 3NICs in PCI slots are
working fine. But the system send a message: 'FreeBSD /kernel : ed0 :
device timeout'
What does it mean? I assign ed0 with IP addr and I could ping to that
addr.
Should I make some changes in my kernel with the option ed0. Could I add
ed1 in the kernel?
My computer is Pentium 166 with 16M and IDE HD 2G.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

~Alik
