Hi Jack,
   One more thing.., where you mentioned:
and you should restart Apache with: "/usr/local/sbin/httpd -DMOD_FP"

Does that mean that I should run: /usr/local/sbin/httpd -DMOD_FP

as against:
./apachectl stop
then
/usr/local/sbin/httpd -DMOD_FP
??????
