Looks like the pam_krb5 port has been removed in favor of the pam_krb5
now included in the base system (has this been merged into all the
security branches as well?)

Only one problem: the pam_krb5 in the base system only appears to
support Heimdal (if it's also built as part of the base system).  It
looks like the MIT Kerberos bits have been commented out.  They don't
exist at all in the makefile.

Soooo...  for all my machines running MIT KRB5 + pam_krb5 it appears
there's no longer a graceful way to update them.  Is there any solution
other than massive local patching of the source tree? (yuck)
