This is just a friendly reminder that the ports freeze for 4.10-RELEASE
is scheduled to begin on April 20, 2004 2200 UTC.  The initial plan is
to have a week-long freeze.  This is subject to change, and at least one
more reminder will be sent out.  Thanks.
