How strange. You seem to be using portupgrade to upgrade monodoc, but it
does not see that there is a new version of mono wich should be
upgraded.

How are you exactly using portupgrade to update monodoc?

Portupgrade (or yourself) should update mono prior to monodoc, becouse
it should be used with mono 2.0.
