I've checked "FreeBSD Developer's Book", there seems nothing about how to write FreeBSD driver.

You might want to look at getting http://nostarch.com/bsddrivers.htm =
which does a good job for the basics.

The architecture handbook at =
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/arch-handbook/ has some of the =
basics, but has gotten a bit dated and staid.
