As for php3, theoretically not, but in practice, if you don't care
about overwrited header files (you are interested only in libphp4.so
and libphp5.so DSO), I think you could load both modules without
problems (assigning different extensions to php4 and php5 scripts).

The ports are ready, I'm only waiting for the repo-copy.
